Partnerships
The Master’s Programme in Performance Studies has strong partnerships with cultural institutions in Hamburg, including particularly the Kampnagel Kulturfabrik, the K3 Choreography Centre, and Thalia-Theater, Schauspielhaus and Fundus Theater.
There is also frequent collaboration with national and international organisations on contemporary performance art projects, including most recently with Hebbel am Ufer (HAU) Berlin, Tanzquartier Wien, Tanztheater Wuppertal, the Ruhrtriennale arts festival, Ponderosa Dance and the Performing Arts Forum in St. Erme, France.
Additionally, there is involvement with research projects and clusters at the University of Hamburg, including the Research Center for Media and Communication (RCMC), the “Media Aesthetics” working group, the Graduate School Media and Communication, the research cluster “Heterogeneity and Education” and the research group “New Collectivities”.
